Water main break forces closing of Boardman court

BOARDMAN — The Mahoning County Area Court here has closed as of 1 p.m. today because of a nearby water main break, which left the building without water.

Judge Joseph M. Houser held court here this morning as scheduled and completed the day’s court session.

The closing means the court staff and court clerks, who would normally have been here for the entire day, have been sent home. Court here will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
