Free coats available Wednesday to needy

YOUNGSTOWN

The Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley is making donated coats available free to the public on Wednesday at the Spanish Evangelical Church, 369 Keystone Ave, Youngstown, on a first-come, first-serve basis from 10 a.m. until noon or until the coats run out.
