Authorities have charged two teenagers in the fatal shooting of a man police say was robbed of guns.
Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly says 18-year-old Robert Winbush of Fairborn is charged with murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary in William Henson’s slaying. Kelly says a 17-year-old boy was arrested on a juvenile count of murder.
Court records show Winbush pleaded not guilty Friday in Clark County Municipal Court and bail was set at $1 million. It wasn’t clear if he had an attorney. The younger teen was being held in a juvenile detention center.
Deputies responded Wednesday to a call of a body at Henson’s home and found him dead.
The two suspects were arrested Thursday in Fairborn. Authorities say they have recovered firearms, ammunition and a safe Henson owned.
