Pastor installation
LIBERTY
The Rev. Chelsea Spencer will be installed as pastor of New Life Lutheran Church, 1181 Churchill Hubbard Road, during a service at 1 p.m. Jan. 25.
She conducted her first service Jan. 11.
She received a master of divinity degree from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus in 2011.
She started her first call in August 2011 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Bucyrus, Ohio, and Nevada Lutheran Church in Nevada, Ohio.
The Ashtabula native also has a bachelor of arts in political science.
New Life’s services are at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Sundays.
White Mass set
YOUNGSTOWN
Bishop George V. Murry will preside at the 19th annual White Mass at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 25 at St. Columba Cathedral, 154 W. Wood St.
A reception will follow in St. Columba Hall.
The annual White Mass is sponsored by the Lourdes Guild, an association of Catholic physicians and dentists of the Diocese of Youngstown.
The Lourdes Guild assists the diocesan Church in upholding and communicating Catholic medical ethics to the medical profession and throughout the wider culture.

Dr. Mark Walker Jr. will speak at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday at Abundant Harvest, 104 Idlewood Road.
He is the founder and chief executive officer of Kingdom Empowerment Ministries.
Special service
YOUNGSTOWN
Berean Fellowship Church, 1321 Lansdowne Blvd., will present the Ohio Valley Teen Challenge Male Choir during worship at 11 a.m. Sunday.
Choir members will share testimonies of how God delivered them from their addictions.
Special music will be featured. There will be an offering taken.
MLK worship
WARREN
Trumbull County Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance will host the annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration and Community Worship Service at 6 p.m. Sunday at Greater Apostolic Faith Church, 3571 Tod Avenue.
Keynote speaker will be the Rev. Vincent Peterson, senior pastor of Providence Baptist Church and an experienced law-enforcement officer. Special music will be provided by the TCIMA Mass Choir directed by Van Nelson.
Theme is “One New Man,” emphasizing the need to work toward unity and brotherhood in God across racial and socioeconomic lines.
The celebration is free and open to the public.
