Paul J. Mamounis, 34, of Westminster Avenue, Austintown, possession of criminal tools and two counts of child endangering with a forfeiture specification.

Paul Esenwein, 48, of Salem-Unity Road, Green Township, heroin possession, receiving stolen property and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

Anthony Salem Jr., 33, of Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, two counts of theft.

Hakeem Arrington, 23, of Clay Street, domestic violence.

Erich Henkel, 30, of Countryside Drive, Salem, heroin possession, possession of drug-abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael S. George, 35, c/o Mahoning County jail, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and three counts of drug possession with forfeiture specifications.

Cametrius Adams, 21, of St. Louis Avenue, failure to provide change of address after a rape conviction.

Scott Bradic, 39, of West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, heroin and cocaine possession with forfeiture specifications and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

Samuel Johnson, 37, of West Evergreen Avenue, drug possession and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jonathan Ashby, 28, of East Indianola Avenue, heroin possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jarrell Martin, 26, of South Bon Air Avenue, cocaine possession.

Fredericka Winlock, 22, of West Warren Avenue, two counts of felonious assault.

Paulette Sitnic, 56, of Powers Way, receiving stolen property.

Jesse Anderson, 48, of of Republic Avenue, failure to provide change of address after attempted-rape and gross-sexual-imposition convictions.

Frank Vetrano, 27, of Perry Street, Struthers, receiving stolen property.

Jasmin Wilkins, 21, of Crandall Avenue, forgery and receiving stolen property.

Marion P. Smith, 39, of the Ohio State Penitentiary, four counts of harassment with bodily substance.

Scott E. Holbrook, 37, c/o Ohio State Penitentiary, felonious assault.
