Arson at vacant Hartzell Avenue house

YOUNGSTOWN

Reports say a blaze at a vacant 1651 Hartzell Ave. home about 3:15 a.m. Tuesday is an arson.

Crews arriving found a fire in an upstairs bedroom and attic, reports said. Reports said a neighbor across the street called 911 to report the fire.

Damage is listed at $4,000. No one was injured.
