Officials say AT&T is currently working on the problem.

In the meantime, for emergencies in Boardman, residents are asked to call 330-726-4144 and press 0.

For emergencies in Youngstown, call 330-747-7911 and press 0.

Austintown residents are asked to dial 330-799-9721.

Columbiana City residents should call 330-482-9292.

The Columbiana County Dispatch Center is advising residents to call their local police department in the event of an emergency.
