Class on Zupa/Polish soups to feature three recipes

Instruction on how to make Zupa/Polish soups will be offered from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in the kitchen of First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Ave.

The session will focus on three recipes: kapusniak, a comforting cabbage classic with ham; ziemniaczana, a hearty brown potato soup and Chef’s Choice. Participants should take containers for taking soup home. The cost is $25 per person, preregistered. Space is limited. Call 330-427-2752 to register.
