Report: Eric Wolford hired at Oklahoma State

Former Youngstown State football coach Eric Wolford has been hired at Oklahoma State according to an online report Thursday.

Wolford will coach the offensive line for Cowboys coach Mike Gundy, okstate.com reported.

Gundy announced the hirings of Wolford and defensive backs coach Dan Hammerschmidt.

Wolford was fired in November after five seasons with YSU. The Penguins were 31-26 during the Wolford era.

Wolford is a Brookfield native and an Ursuline High graduate who was an offensive lineman at Kansas State.
