Plea agreement reached in Warren shooting death
WARREN — Beau Palmer, 31, of Warren, one of the four men charged in the April shooting death of James Levels, 64, of Warren, and wounding of Lisa Prater, 49, in her house on Logan Avenue Southeast, has pleaded guilty to five charges.
Palmer appeared today before Judge Ronald Rice of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court, pleading guilty to complicity to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Levels and complicity to felonious assault for the injuries to Prater.
He also pleaded guilty to complicity to aggravated burglary and complicity to aggravated robbery for participating in the robbery of Levels and Prater.
He will be sentenced later, but his plea agreement calls for him to get 15 years in prison.
