Retail changes coming at Southern Park Mall

Southern Park Mall will soon welcome H&M to its list of retailers.

H&M, a Swedish retail-clothing company, known for its fast-fashion clothing offerings for women, men, teenagers and children, will occupy 18,000 square-feet in the Sears concourse of the mall.

The store is tentatively scheduled to open in early summer.

Two existing retailers will also undergo changes this year. Victoria’s Secret will expand and relocate its current store to the JCPenney concourse. The new location will be approximately 1,000 square feet larger than the current location, and be closer to its sister store, Pink.

American Eagle is planning a remodel of its store at Southern Park Mall, featuring an updated look. The location will remain open throughout construction in a relocated space.

Both Victoria’s Secret and American Eagle expect to complete construction in the spring.
