Youngstown man grazed by bullet this morning

YOUNGSTOWN

Reports say police found nine 7.62mm shell casings at the scene of a shooting where a man was grazed by a bullet about 12:45 a.m. today.

Deandre Fant, 27, was grazed in the shoulder by a bullet at a home in the 800 block of Palmer Avenue. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where he was also arrested on several outstanding warrants.

There were also four other people inside the home, including two children, but no one else was injured.
