v Golden Globes: Jan. 11, at 8 p.m. on NBC; hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.

v Screen Actors Guild Awards: Jan. 25, at 8 p.m. on TBS and TNT.

v Grammy Awards: Feb. 8, at 8 p.m. on CBS.

v Academy Awards: Feb. 22, at 8 p.m. on ABC; nominations announced Jan. 15.

v Tony Awards: June 7, at 8 p.m. on CBS; nominations announced April 28.

“The Bachelor” (8 p.m., ABC): Season 19 of “The Bachelor” kicks off, and you know the routine: First, we meet the new guy — Chris Soules — followed by the 30 members of his harem. Then we brace ourselves for lots of lame come-on lines and way too many tears to count.

“Antiques Roadshow” (8 p.m., PBS): Season 19 kicks off in New York City.

“Best. Ever.” (10 p.m., Food): A margherita from Austin is among the country’s best pizzas celebrated in the opener of this new series.

Orchestra offers ‘Night in Russia’

PITTSBURGH

Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra will present “A Night in Russia” at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 30 and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 1 at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave., downtown.

The concerts will feature the Pittsburgh premiere of Prokofiev’s “Russian Overture” with a debut appearance by conductor Krysztof Urbanski. Concertmaster Noah Bendix-Balgley will solo in a piece from “Khachaturian” filled with exotic harmonies and dance rhythms. Ravel’s orchestration of Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition,” originally written for solo piano, is one of the cornerstones of orchestral repertoire and also will be performed.

Trumbull Art Gallery’s fifth annual Juried Photography Exhibit will open Feb. 28 and run through April 10. The opening reception will take place Feb. 28 from 7 to 9 p.m.
