Marlana Hartman and Daniel Greathouse

The engagement of Marlana Hartman and Daniel Greathouse is announced by their parents.

She is the daughter of David and Yvonne Hartman of Brookfield. He is the son of Sheri Robison of Brookfield and Daniel Greathouse of Sharpsville, Pa.

The couple are planning an Oct. 15, 2016, wedding at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown and a reception at Aulizio’s Banquet Center in Niles. Invitations for both will be issued.

The bride-elect attended Kent State University and studied speech language pathology. She works in therapeutic support for Comprehensive Children and Family Services in Sharon, Pa.

The prospective groom attended Youngstown State University for the study of exercise science. He is employed as a personal trainer at Fitness Together in Howland.
