2 killed when vehicle flips in SW Ohio

Authorities have identified the driver and passenger who were killed when their vehicle flipped into a yard and hit a tree after traveling at speeds that police say were nearing 100.

The Montgomery County coroner’s office says the driver killed in the crash Thursday was 30-year-old Frederick Bailey, of Dayton, and his passenger was 26-year-old Tasha Thomas, of Fairborn.
