Toastmasters finds new site
BOARDMAN
Youngstown Toastmasters Executive 408 has moved its meeting site to the Summitville Tile Building, 621 Boardman-Canfield Road, near the West Boulevard intersection. The chapter had met at Shepherd of the Valley in Poland for the past five years.
The first meeting at the new site will be Monday at 6:40 p.m.
Toastmasters meets every Monday. Former Toastmasters members and guests are welcome. For information, go to speakingclub.org.
Mark Williams, president of the local chapter, said the new location has better electronic equipment and is better suited for meetings.
Auditions are set for ‘Leap of Faith’

Top Hat Productions will have auditions at 7 p.m. Monday for its production of “Leap of Faith.” Auditions will be at the Fairview Arts and Outreach Center, 4220 Youngstown-Poland Road.
Vocalists with dance-movement ability are needed, as well as a boy between 10 and 13 years old with good vocal ability.
Top-selling vinyl release of 2014
NEW YORK
Jack White’s “Lazaretto” (Third Man Records/Columbia) is the No. 1 selling vinyl release of 2014.
With 86,707 copies sold in the United States since its June 10 release and a worldwide total exceeding 150,000, “Lazaretto” not only took the top spot in the 2014 vinyl sales chart, it posted the highest vinyl sales year of the Soundscan era.
The album has garnered three Grammy nominations.
