Butler extends deadline for Area Artists exhibition

The Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave., has extended the deadline to enter the 77th Area Artists Annual Exhibition until Jan. 9.

The exhibition is open to artists who live in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties in Ohio; and Mercer and Lawrence counties in Pennsylvania.

Works in all media are eligible, including oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, drawings, prints, photographs, ceramics, sculpture and crafts. No more than two works may be entered, and the entries must have been completed within the past two years.
