Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed today.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Girard Free Library, McKinley Memorial Library — Niles, Kinsman Free Public Library, Bristol Public Library — Bristolville, Warren-Trumbull, Hubbard Public Library, Newton Falls Public Library, closed today.

Stock market: Closed today.
