Tarel Barnette, 48, Columbus, tampering with evidence and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Marcell Mims, 26, East Boston Avenue, possession of heroin.

Leartis Day, 37, West Hylda Avenue, domestic violence.

Robert Fast, 61, North Bon Air Avenue, illegal cultivation of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drugs.

Gregg Goodheart, 24, North Lima Road, North Lima, illegal cultivation of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drugs.

Jaron D. Martin, 21, Delaware Avenue, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Eric Doran, 29, Pleasant Valley Drive, Canfield, three counts of theft, two counts of forgery and robbery.

Walter Yeager Jr., 53, East Lucius Avenue, promoting prostitution.

Veronica McLauglin, Florence Avenue, East Liverpool, forgery.

Eddie Williams, 36, Mistletoe Avenue, possession of cocaine and trafficking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification.

Jeffrey Darrin, 28, Main Street, Leetonia, permitting drug abuse, possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of drugs and possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Elizabeth Durick, 34, Main Street, Leetonia, permitting drug abuse, possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of drugs and possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Charles Ash IV, 24, Iroquois Avenue, Struthers, possession of heroin.

Kevin Jimenez, 20, Neoka Drive, Campbell, kidnapping, abduction, felonious assault and assault.

Charlie T. Lewis, 48, Market Street, North Lima, two counts of possession of cocaine.

William Woolf, 31, South Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, three counts of felonious assault.

Richard L. Esher, 43, East Garfield Road, New Springfield, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of drugs, trafficking in marijuana, receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence.

David E. Leaghty, 34, South Maryland Avenue, breaking and entering.

Raymond Opre, 28, Edwards Avenue, Canfield, possession of heroin.
