Light festival winners are named

On Dec. 11, the Alameda Redondo Neighborhood Association provided a free bus ride throughout the North Side for people to view Christmas lights in the organization’s Light Up the Night festival.

Three winners were chosen. The first place spot went to Jessie Harris Sr., 714 Oxford Ave.; second place went to Darryl Harvey, 534 Scott St.; and the third place winner was Nathan Fields, 473 Redondo Road.
