OUT-OF-TOWN BIRTHS

Andrew and Erin (Rafferty) Frum, 5451 Country Meadow Court, Westerville, Ohio, are announcing the birth of their second son, Benjamin Charles, on Jan. 31. The infant was born at Mount Carmel St. Anne Hospital in Westerville. He has a brother, Zachary Daniel, at home. Grandparents are Dan and Mary Frum of Poland, Ron and Lesley Butler of Canfield and Paul Rafferty of Aurora, Ohio. Great-grandparents are Charles Siranovic of Youngstown and Dorothy Jones of Boardman.
