YSU offers last and best offer to its classified workers

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown State University has given a last, best contract offer to the union representing its classified employees.

Tony Spano, vice president of the Association of Classified Employees, confirmed that the offer had been made. An informational meeting for members will be conducted tonight, but no vote on the offer will be taken. Spano declined to release details on the offer.
