36-hour wind chill advisory begins tonight at midnight for Valley

The National Weather Service has issued a wind-chill advisory for Mahoning and Trumbull counties from midnight tonight until noon Tuesday.

Wind chills are expected to dip as low as 24 below zero due to temperatures at 10 to 15 below zero and west winds up to 20 mph.

-The lowest wind chills will come Monday morning and Tuesday morning.

Impacts of the extreme conditions includ frost bit, hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
