Monsignor Michael J. Cariglio officiated the 1:30 p.m. Oct. 11, 2014, wedding at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica of Jenna Tauro of Struthers and Nicholas Monaco of Canfield. A reception followed at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

Jim and Karen Tauro of Struthers are the bride’s parents.

The groom is a son of Anthony Monaco of Canfield and the late Gloria Monaco.

The bride wore an ivory lace fit-and-flare gown that featured a sweetheart neckline and a fitted, dropped waist embellished with embroidery and Swarovski crystals.

Matron of honor was the bride’s sister, Kristin Scarfone. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Lanterman, Jennifer Voytok, Gina Ginnetti, Kathleen Stanko and the bride’s cousin, Mary-Jo Lukach. The bride’s niece, Abbey Tauro, was junior bridesmaid. The matron of honor wore a mocha-colored dress with ivory lace, and the bridesmaids wore palomino with ivory lace.

Chris Haus performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Anthony Monaco, the groom’s brother; Ryan Ogrodnik; Patrick Cavanty; Y.A. Yorkovich; and Sean Krompegel. Ring bearers were the bride’s nephews, Gino and Enzo Scarfone, and the groom’s nephew, Michael Stelluto. The bride’s brother, Joe Tauro, was usher.

Mrs. Monaco attended Casal Aveda Institute and is a hair stylist at Salon Shericci in Canfield. Her husband is a coordinator at General Motors in Lordstown.

After a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple reside in Canfield.
