Vice squad raids South Side home

Police found more than $1,100 in cash and took four people into custody about 6:20 p.m. Wednesday when members of the vice squad served a search warrant investigating drug activity at a 303 E. Judson Ave. home on the South Side.

The money, along with two bags containing multiple oxycodone and acetaminophen pills, was found in the pants pocket of 35-year-old Victoria Smith of Youngstown. She was taken to the Mahoning County jail on charges of possession of heroin, two counts of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also in the home police found two digital scales, two used spoons, two used syringes, two bags of marijuana and a bag of heroin.
