Chick-fil-A coming to Howland

HOWLAND

Construction on a new Chick-fil-A is expected to begin in the spring, township officials say.

The state Route 46 location has received all of its permits from the township zoning department and construction can begin on the new 4,791-square-foot building.

“We are looking forward to having them up and running,” said Darlene St. George, township administrator. “I know members of the community expressed their eagerness to have a Chick-fil-A in the community.”

The closest locations to this new Chick-Fil-A are at Youngstown State University, Southern Park Mall in Boardman and on U.S. Route 224 in Boardman, according to the restaurant’s website.
