Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed today; Sharon, open today.

Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State at Trumbull, open today; Eastern Gateway Community College, closed today.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Saturday schedule.

Public libraries: Youngs-town-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library - Niles, Hubbard Public Library, open today; Warren-Trumbull, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library - Bristolville, Newton Falls Public Library, closed today.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed.

Banks: Chase Bank, open today; Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Talmer Bank - Warren, Home Federal Savings & Loan - Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank - Austintown, Key Bank, PNC Ohio, PNC Pennsylvania, closed today.

Trash collection: Allison Brothers Inc., Allied Waste, Waste Management, Warren City Environmental Services, Waste-Tech Services, Youngstown Residential, all pickups will follow their normal schedule.
