Wind-chill advisory extended, but expect slight warming trend Monday

The National Weather Service has extended a wind-chill advisory for the Mahoning Valley until 10 tonight.

Wind chill values are expected to fall as low as 18 below.

On Monday, expect a slight warming trend with partly sunny skies. Highs are expected to be about 15. Monday night will not be as cold with lows around 2 above and a 40 percent shcance of snow. Highs Tuesday should reach the low to mid-20s.
