Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State at Trumbull, open Monday; Eastern Gateway Community College, closed Monday.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Saturday schedule.

Public libraries: Youngs-town-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library-Niles, Hubbard Public Library, open Monday; Warren-Trumbull, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library-Bristolville, Newton Falls Public Library, closed Monday.
