Otts’ 60th milestone celebrated

CANFIELD

Edwin L. and Joanne J. Ott, of Canfield and of Naples, Fla., celebrated 60 years of marriage on Feb. 11.

The couple have four children: Michele Healey and Lynda (Robert) Malone, of Canfield; Karen (Michael) Norton of Lake Norton, N.C.; and Sandra (Doug) Trotter of North Canton, Ohio.

Their family is completed with eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Edwin and the former Joanne Beard were married in 1955 at the Methodist Church in Uniontown, Ohio.

The couple are both retired from Warren Fire Equipment in Warren, where she was an office manager and he was owner and president.

The Otts are members of Old North Church in Canfield.

Mr. Ott is a 33rd Degree Mason, Scottish Rite and Shiners member.

Daughter Sandra Trotter surprised the Otts with a card shower and dinner on Feb. 10 in Naples to celebrate the anniversary. The Otts will also celebrate the milestone with their family this summer following their return to the area.
