GARDEN CLUBS

TUESDAY

Trailwood Gardeners, in its 60th year, will meet at noon at the Blackburn Home for a program by Hugh Earnhart on Abe Lincoln. There will be dessert. Co-hostesses will be Carol Carr and Richie Jones.

THURSDAY

Johnny Appleseed will meet at 7 p.m. for the fifth annual game night. Hostess is Karen Hahn; co-hostess, Rose Marie Zamary; and door prizes, Sally Reedy. Members should bring two one-dollar bills, eight quarters and a $2 beautifully wrapped gift.

UPCOMING

Lordstown Garden Club will meet Feb. 23, and the program will be given by Richard States, who is a member of the Garden Club of Mahoning County. His topic will be “Pruning the correct way.”
