Luman-Mitchell engagement is announced

Barbara Luman and Justin Breen Mitchell, both of Boardman, are announcing their engagement and plans for a spring wedding.

She is the daughter of Lynn and Martin Shaffer of Lake Worth, Fla., and he is the son of Michelle Kozar of Youngstown and the late Breen Mitchell.

The couple have chosen a wedding date of April 7. They will exchange vows at 4:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Flowers in Las Vegas. Invitations will be issued.

The bride-elect attends Youngstown State University and studies early childhood education. She works in retail sales at Sally Beauty Supply in Niles.

The prospective groom graduated from YSU with a degree in political science. He is employed by 21 WFMJ TV as an assignment editor.
