Youngstown man sentenced for causing scene outside Salem bar
LISBON (AP) - A Youngstown man who made a scene while intoxicated outside Club Fuel in Salem was convicted of disorderly conduct by a Columbiana County Municipal Court jury on Wednesday.
Judge Mark Frost also found Gino Albright, 33, guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia for a marijuana pipe found later in the Salem police cruiser last June after he was transported to the county jail.
Albright was fined $300, had his license suspended for six months and was credited with one day served in jail while ordered to serve two more. Additionally, he will be required to go for counseling and undergo random drug screens.
