Mahoning commissioners approve funding for JJC repairs
YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County commissioners this morning entered into contracts for improvements to the county’s Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center, 300 E. Scott St.
They entered into an $18,000 agreement with J.M. Verostko Inc. of Youngstown to provide mechanical and electrical consulting services for the boiler replacement project at JJC.
They also entered into a $10,950 agreement with York Mahoning Mechanical Contractors Inc. of Youngstown for repairs to a kitchen cooler and replacement of a utility exhaust fan at JJC.
The panel also approved a $5,800 agreement with Lawrence Davis for salting and plowing the juvenile court parking lots.
