City traffic stop yields man wanted for vehicular manslaughter

YOUNGSTOWN — A man wanted on a warrant for vehicular manslaughter was arrested about about 3:25 p.m. Monday on the North Side.

Police said Michael J. Koval, 34, was the driver of a car pulled over for having no front license plate. A records check revealed the warrant, reports said.

The warrant was issued in September 2013 through Municipal Court, reports said.

He was taken to the Mahoning County jail on the warrant.
