Portion of Division Street in Youngstown to close Feb. 16

YOUNGSTOWN — Division Street between U.S. Route 422 and Ohio Works Drive will be closed to through traffic beginning Feb. 16 for a period of 270 days.

The closure is necessary due to the replacement of the bridge over the Mahoning River.

Local access from the north will be maintained through Route 422 and the river. Local access from the south will be maintained from Salt Springs Road to the river. Detours will be posted.

The project is being sponsored and overseen by the Mahoning County engineer’s office.
