Miss Patterson, David Kolcun are engaged

Richard and Martha Patterson are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Patterson, to David Kolcun.

The prospective groom is the son of Jack Kolcun and the late Barb Kolcun.

All are of Boardman.

Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown will be the setting for the 12:30 p.m. May 16 exchange of vows.

A reception will follow at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

Both events are by invitation.

The bride-elect attended Choffin Career and Technical Center in Youngstown where she studied surgical technology. She also attended Youngstown State University. She is a surgical technician for Sharon Regional Health Systems in Sharon, Pa.

Mr. Kolcun attended ETI Technical College and earned a diploma in heating, ventilating and air conditioning. He works in production at Cintas Corp. in North Jackson.
