Chelsea Morgenstern of Howland graduated from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School last month with her juris doctorate degree.

She was on the dean’s list in May and September 2012, and January and May 2013.

Morgenstern is a graduate of Kent State University and of John F. Kennedy High School in Warren.

She is the daughter of James R. Morgenstern and Karen L. Karch.
