WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS
Authorities on Friday asked for help from the public in solving a shooting at a barbershop that left three men dead and three other people wounded.
Police officers from multiple agencies were looking for at least one suspect who burst into the Chalk Linez Barbershop in Warrensville Heights, outside Cleveland, on Thursday night and opened fire on patrons.
City officials released few details in a news conference Friday but asked for anyone who knows anything to get in touch with investigators. They would not discuss a possible motive or say how many people did the shooting.
The Cuyahoga County medical examiner identified the three dead men as William Gonzalez, Brandon White and Walter Lee Barfield.
The medical examiner said Barfield was dead at the scene and Gonzalez and White died at a hospital across the street.
