Two Youngstown fire fighters promoted to captain this morning

YOUNGSTOWN — Chris Weaver and Brian Hoffman will be promoted Tuesday to the rank of captain in the city’s fire department.

Mayor John A. McNally will administer their oaths at 9:30 a.m. at Fire Station 1 downtown. The two are currently lieutenants.
