Police investigating shooting on North Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating a shooting on West Dennick Avenue on the city’s North Side.

Police were called to a house there about 6:40 p.m. tonight.

There is no word on the victim, believed to be a woman. Two children were removed from the home and taken to a relative’s residence. Police indicated an arrest had been made.
