Pa. chase ends in crash with injuries to 2 officers and driver

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia police say two officers and another person were injured in a crash after a driver’s refusal to pull over led to a brief chase.

Police say the crash happened around noon today in the city’s Frankford section.

All three were hospitalized.

One officer is listed in stable condition. The other has been released. The other person suffered minor injuries.

Police say the driver the officers were trying to stop wound up fleeing. An investigation is underway.
