Boardman man arrested on drug charges

BOARDMAN — A township man faces felony charges of trafficking in drugs and drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia after police arrested him on a warrant.

Airrhon Kimbrough, 24, of Shields Road, pleaded not guilty to the charges in Mahoning County Area Court here Thursday.

The charges stem from a Tuesday police search of Kimbrough’s residence. Police reportedly found prescription pills, suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $450 in cash in the apartment.

Kimbrough is scheduled to appear in court March 17 for a pretrial hearing.
