Boil-water advisory issued for some Howland residents

HOWLAND — Due to two main line water breaks, all Trumbull County water customers that live west of Henn Hyde and north of Carriage Hill in the northern part of Howland Township are advised to boil their water until further notice, according to a news release from the county's Sanitary Engineer's Office.
