Youngstown trash pickup delayed a day because of weather

YOUNGSTOWN — Residential garbage collection within the city of Youngstown will be affected by winter weather conditions.

Waste Management will be running a day late from Monday through Friday.

City residents should place their garbage at the curb for collection on the day after their normal collection day.

Recycling collection within the city is not affected by weather conditions and will be collected as scheduled.
