Matash-Burley engagement is announced

Cathleen and Mark Matash of Niles are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristin M. Matash, also of Niles, and Mark R. Burley of Vienna.

He is the son of Mark and Betty Burley of Warren.

The couple’s wedding will take place June 6 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles.

Invitations will be issued.

The bride-elect has a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies from Ohio University and is pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Youngstown State University.

The prospective groom graduated from New Castle School of Trades in electrical technology and design. He works as an electrical technician for Valley Electric of Girard.
