“Church Basement Ladies,” directed by Mark Frost, Salem Community Theatre, 490 E. State St., auditions 7 p.m. Jan. 10, and 12. This is considered an ensemble show, requiring five talented cast members, four women and one man who can sing, harmonize and dance. The show doesn’t require formal dance training, but it will be important to be able to move well to music. Those auditioning should bring a piece of music to demonstrate vocal ability and range.
