Commissioners OK pact for lining sewers and sealing manholes in Boardman

YOUNGSTOWN

The Mahoning County commissioners this morning awarded a $687,511 contract to United Survey Inc. of Bedford, Ohio, for lining sewers and sealing manholes in Boardman.

The commissioners appointed Sean McKinney, buildings and grounds commissioner for the City of Youngstown, to a five-year term on the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority.

They also appointed Pastor JoAnn Pangio of Abundant Harvest Church in Austintown to a four-year term on the Mahoning County Children Services Board.
