Individuals who want to earn licensure as an Ohio real-estate salesperson can begin the coursework in the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University starting Jan. 11.

Successful completion of four courses is required to sit for the Ohio licensure exam: Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Appraisal.

All classes are offered from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall, 221 N. Hazel St., at YSU. Early registration is encouraged. For information, including an annual schedule of classes and online registration, visit www.ysu.edu/wcba.

The class schedule:

Real Estate Law: Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 11 to Feb. 15, 10 sessions (no class Jan. 18), $295.

Real Estate Principles and Practices: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 12 to Feb. 11, 10 sessions, $295.

Real Estate Law, Finance: Feb. 22 to March 7, Mondays and Wednesdays, five sessions, $195.

Real Estate Appraisal: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 23 to March 8, five sessions, $195.
