Flood warning issued in Trumbull County

VIENNA

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the area near Eagle Creek at Phalanx Station in Trumbull County.

At 3 p.m. today, the water levels were at 10.2 feet; flood stage is 9.5 feet, according to the NWS.

The creek is expected to continue to ruse until late tonight.

Officials warn that at 11 feet, Barclay Messerly Road and McConnell East Road will be flooded and impassible. Avoid that area.

Flooding on other roads is also possible.
